The Nature trail is located about two miles up from Llanbedr. Head for Cwm Nantcol and go past Capel Salem. As the valley floor drops away to the right a sign on the side of the road directs you down to the parking ground.
Please leave you parking payment in the honesty box.
The nature trail will lead you through a fascinating variety of landscapes and habitats, including ten acres of native woodland, where it is possible to see nature at its best. Views from the trail are splendid. Information boards tell you about the woodland and how the farmland is managed.
After the walk (about 1 hr) relax by the river, where picnic tables are provided. If the river is low take the opportunity of having a swim. You can walk up the gorge if the river is low or take a plunge into the plunge pool.
The site caters for campers and is particularly suited for educational and outdoor groups.
